Ms. Kaiser is an attorney with extensive trademark experience.
She served nearly three years as a top-rated lawyer at the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C. where she researched
trademarks and argued (and won) four cases before the Trademark
Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Kaiser's small business experience dates back to 1987 as
a clerk for Salem and Wong, Atlanta, Georgia and she worked
in the International Business practice at Fowler, White, Gillan,
Boggs, Villereal and Banker. While living in Belgium, Ms. Kaiser
taught business law and French for City Colleges of Chicago
and the University of Maryland, she also served as an auditor
for Global Federal Credit Union's European Branch in Vicenza,
Italy and worked as a contract specialist for U.S. government
non-appropriated fund instrumentality.
Ms. Kaiser received her juris doctorate from Emory Law School,
Atlanta, Georgia and her bachelors degrees from the University
of Kansas where she tripled majored with honors in journalism,
French and Political Science.
