Basil Nikas's forte is in the production, marketing, management
and execution of international business concepts. As a founding partner
of Electronic Commerce and Catalog Services, Inc., (ECCSI) and iNetPurchasing,
he has focused his skills at market development and creating strategic
alliances that are key to the company's marketing strategy.
His service as a Board Member on The National Electronic Coordinating
Council, Chairman of the Information Technology Association of America
State and Local E-Commerce Task Force, Chairman of the NECCC Communications
Committee and Privacy 2000 Task Force, and member of the National Press
Foundation in Washington, DC has enabled him to explore this market from
a unique position.
As President and CEO, Mr. Nikas directs the company's strategic vision
and commercial development. Mr. Nikas brings 26 years experience in applying
cutting edge technologies to uncharted business markets.

Mr. Mattern brings with him an extensive career in the creation,
design, and management of database structures in both the public and private
sector.
Prior experience includes; serving as a partner with Creative EDI Solutions,
in this capacity, Mr. Mattern built EDI-2-FAX and FAX-2-EDI services to
send and receive EDI transactions for DLA vendors.
He also designed a Marketing Intelligence System for government Information
Technology contracts. As a contractor to the Mobile Oil Corporation, he
maintained a Human Resources System that included; job tracking, payroll
claims for U.S. Fleets governed by three separate unions. Mr. Mattern also
provided direction, and worked on a Management Reporting System for MARINER-
a vessel dispatch and cargo tracking system for foreign fleet, involving
in excess of 600 Mobil-owned and chartered tankers.
Mr. Mattern served as General Manager for Electronic Data Publishing,
at Baruch Defense Marketing. He also was a Systems Architect for the Export-Import
Bank of the United States Mr. Mattern studied to be an architect at the
College of Environmental Design, Berkeley, California and at Harvard University
